Do you remember as a kid your parents telling you not to take candy from a stranger? Well, I want you to think about where you get your groceries, especially your meat from!
Unless you purchase your meat from a local farmer, you have no idea where it’s from. It may have been raised in the U.S., but where? It may have been processed in America, or not. It’s true. While the food labels tell us the meat was raised in America, the meat could have been shipped to another country for processing and packaging, even listing “America” as the country of origin, then shipped back. That’s how the mass marketing of meat production in America works.
When you buy beef and pork from us, you get complete transparency and uncompromised quality. I am personally involved in each and every step of the raising of our cows and pigs. I provide hands-on care for each and every animal, overseeing their feeding and nutrition and well-being, to the processing and packaging with our friends at Smokey Ridge Meats in Chewelah, Washington, to selling to you, our customer.
